Sir I did received your email and did check panel as well. I don’t have this MAC on Mine OK2 panel as a result didn’t reply to you. You may have OKAY2 service from someone else.

So that is strange. If your look at Mine order, #13760 you can clearly see I order OK2. Mind you the MAC address I provided in the order is incorrect. If you review the emails I sent you, you will see I provided the correct MAC address. Please look into releasing Mine MAC address.
