Now due to compatibility if your subscription is not working on your box then there is no refund option as you have subscribe for 1 month only. Even I do provide support as much as I can but there is nothing much I can do after all attempt to fix your issue as it related to your device. You must change your device to make it work.

As of now it is not working it is just blank channel list and it struck up some time and when it is struck some other channel will pop up

ON SmartTV not all Hosting service works with smart-sib app.
Please make sure you have same MAC address. As you reinstalled the application so it may have change Mac address.
Please verify and text me MAC address.
