Hi there. I purchased Mac 322 and I have Minetv subscription and There issues with sports channels and Caribbean channels and also I have one year subscription and Mine account say that I have only 26 days remaining

You better contact the people from whom you bought service to release your Mac. I did check all server you mention and none have your Mac on it.
I am interested in the free trial but will I be able to try it as I am already subscribed with another provider

No each server channel sources are different so it’s not necessary that all server will have same issue.

YOu need to install STB EMU app that you will receive in email after placing an order….It will be a pro version.
I like the English section. But My Hosting needs to improve the Portuguese, Italian and Spanish section. Almost all the channels don’t work. They should remove some of them and get the rest of the channels working. Why have tons of channels and none of them work.
I bought 6 months of My Hosting and hope they fix these categories and get these channels working. If they can do this than they will get more customers as there are large communities that watch these channels.

FRENCH (153) Same with the French section channels don’t work. and no French Canadian such as Super Ecran 1-4, LCN, TVA Sport, RDS,
I understand your situation but sometime its not channel issue …it could be the issue with Box you using as well. I have seen similar issue with Android Box user who use STB Emulator app….If you using same app than please clear the catch files. also check if there is any software updated available. Try changing player as well.
Most important….ask your provider.
