While startv app is open than Press menu button on remote and it will give you on screen drop down menu…in that menu there is a keyboard tab…press that to enter password…………also you can use onscreen menu to go up and down.

clear your catch file by going in to apps than look for “STBEMU” app …click on it and it will give you option to clear catch files.

I think you can copy file I sent you on USB drive and plug in to TV….from there you can install APK file.

If you have android tv box than just download apk file i sent you in order ….get in on USB storage device…plug that USB on android box and install that app from usb
or
type in that app url in browser in box and it will alloow you download application direct on box.
