    You guys have been great so far as I have been a customer for almost a year. However, 3-4 days ago, I started getting “STB Blocked…Call your Provider” message. I have contacted you several times but have not received a response. So unlike of you guys. Can you please assist with the issue? KIds are pulling their hair with No TV during their summer break.

    The service is good but every time I buy 6 continuous month package, I have to contact the support every month to fix service disconnect message I get on the TV. I have two MAG TV boxes with bold service and only one box has this issue. You guys have not been able to fix this issue for me. Also, The box has always been used with your service and not other Hosting sellers.

      I am trying Mine best to provide as much support as I can but there is a limitation as well. We did try everything to fix that issue but it’s beyond Mine knowledge at present.

      I am always available to help any issue with service I provider but if the issue doesn’t get fixed after all Mine effort than there nothing much I can do.

      Unfortunately, No Hosting service with roku channel works on roku at present as roku keep removing app and have block side loading also deleting Hosting app. However you can still use app called Hosting playlist player which works with OK2 Hosting.
