I was subscribed to your CROWN TV service earlier for 1 month via Order # 1949 (May 11, 2017) on June 10, 2017 it started to display that “your STB is BLOCKED call your provider” then I renewed the subscription again via Order # 2233 (June 13, 2017) and it didn’t asked me for MAC Address during order (I used order again link from Mine previous order), and now I got the email stating that MAC Address required to activate the account.
STB still display the same message “your STB is BLOCKED call your provider”
Please help me how to sort this out.
